Unfortunatley I cant give a pic, you know the usual storey of the bus in vander Byilpark.

Take the gear knob in the middle and try to imag the black leather being yellow and the blue and white EMPI logo on the top.

...speaking of gearknobs...

I pulled a wooden one with a Wolfsburg logo on it off of a early '60s bug in a scrapyard once...

I've never seen another like it, and it does not fit my sisters '63, or my 67.

...or my bus.

What gives? The gear lever in the 'yard bug looked stock. :?

some gear knobs have a 10 mm thread and some are 13mm thread.

Thins was all very confusing to me in the begining as I collected quite a few g knobs at one stage.

The EMPI g knob fits both 10 and 13mm gear levers as it has a stepped threaded inner core.
