feb 1975 Dune buggies & hot VW's mag featured the california look, for the first time ever was the term used , and history was made!! . This has got to be one of my favorite vw pics of all time.

Its a classic. Been recreated a few times in later years.
ps the bug is probably still around, but that cop car has been through a crusher already and is now part of a 2002 Chevrolet Neon...
