In short yes. Though some insurance companies will want to see the car and the sound system just to make sure its all there and not damaged. Do you think that there are some issues with the rules? I hope that there are some clearer regulations since there are some aspects that have gone missing with the things that we see all over the place and I think it can improve even more in the foreseeable future with South Africa.
