Armand
Been shopping around for parts and so far this is what I'm looking at.
Camshaft Bearings,
Type 4 Engines $ 19.95
Type 4 Main Bearings
(.010" (first cut)) $ 75.00
Type 4 Main Bearings
(Standard) $ 75.00
2.0L Type 4 Rod Bearings
(.010" (first cut)) $ 29.95
2.0L Type 4 Rod Bearings
(Standard) $ 29.95
Total: $240-00/ R1700-00 including shipping.
What you think? Ready to order? I'm still shopping around for a cam, but will no doubt go with the 86a webcam as it's suited for larger valves. The motor has solid lifters right?
Left to order is then the cam gear which I'm struggling to get a straight cut cam gear for as most places only stock the normal replacement.
Also what are we going to do about rings for them 96mm pistons?
What you think?
