I bought this limo about 2 years ago
It was owned by about 4 or more owners before and seem every one just put more polly on the previous
It also had a Rover V8 motor in
That I removed and installed a 2L Gold GTI motor
Sourced a Rack and pinion Power steering system with lots and lots of headaches I managed to get it to work
Now it is time to get Body work sorted
Started removing All paint
There are amazingly amounts of Body puty on this body
I have used 3 of the Special discs that Sean is using on his projects
Now busy with flapper sanding disc to remove paint and 10tonnes of body putty
It seems most is pop riveted together
So there is a much bigger task awaiting us once all paint is removed
1 Advantage is that it seems that who ever did the Chassis did not do a bad job there
But I will still be Adding a few additional supports
Also sourced a set of High jacker air shocks for additional rear supports
Wish us lock

Nice, I'm also busy with that paint removing including body putty. They do look good cleaned up though.
Good Luck, will be monitoring progress and looking forward to more pictures.

I do have a 15Window Split bus rear clip with the Corner windows that we will be fitting on the rear
As I do not like the rear look of the Brazilian
I also have left and right rear wheel arches available
While removing the paint you can see the thick piece of body putty that some fool have mixed with Cardboard to close a round hole on the nose
That we have already closed the right way by welding it closed with a patch
The next boomerang looking piece of body puty comes off the lhs rear wheel arch
This again is the reason why I am removing all paint to start fresh
On the1 pic you can see how thick the Body puty is and the hole where a door handel was is closed with a piece of metal and pop riveted
