SWB BUGGY BUILD

HI GUYS, IVE TAKEN ON A PROJECT FOR A BUDDY OF MINE, WE SHARE A PASSION FOR THESE AIRCOOLED VWS, HOPING TO HAVE IT DONE BY DECEMBER. HERE IS MY PROGRESS THUS FAR. HERE ARE SOME PICS BEFORE DECONSTRUCTION.

decided to ditch the very square and boring cartcraft body will now be using this what i think is a crestrider beach bronco. looks awesome on the chassis , even in its poor state. just need some ideas for the back above the carb. the motor can be exposed but the hack job needs to be finished off better.

Did some prepping on the body. Closed all holes fixed cracks etc will post some pics during the week. Wheels might change as the rear needs to be higher and don't really want to lower the front

good progress. Get rid of the dizzy cap and put on a stock cap - unless its a show car only. The cap will let you down and leave you stranded
