If they haven't chopped up the nose, then that looks to be an easy fix back to stock.

Looks like minimal cutting on the nose ... and it has an ambulance step. I wonder if was previously an ambulance.

Yip,no real dammage to the front exept the centre piece of the bumper.

Chassis number will reveal production year. Probably late 64- 65 if slanted rear bumper is it's original and it has the push-button type front exterior door handles.
Staying Aircooled is so much nicer.
Do'nt assume anything- (While doing fault-finding).

Somebody cut the nipples off. Should not be too much of a headache to sort provided they ran the pipes under the body and not through it
