good luck, the pan looks like a fair amount of work.
those braces in the front are mostly used in offroading circles to stiffen the chassis. Works well for the road too.

Was in the shop for a hour or two
this is what I've started with
removed the beam and wire wheeled the front part of the pan
also removed the front beam reinforcements -permanently
Also straightend the "pan rails" a bit
Ill be getting beam adjusters this week and my welder on Saturday so I can start with all the rust repairs
Cheers
Ferdinand

thanks man, going keep it stock except for suspension and wheels.

Suspension going to fit beam adjusters as soon as volkspares gets their stock

Wheels thinking about either widening the stock wheels a bit

Cool look u going for, have a set of those rims in a box if unwanted , new and unused .....
went for stock ext and int except for 1 pc windows, and then tree a whole heap of stuff into the motor, basically every thing u can think of into a 1776 cc motor. Had some fun with fine tuning and had to add extra sump, pump and cooler plus filter system .
Once the bug bites it bites hard , this is car number 5 I think
