Disk brakes on t3

What do I need and what will a conversion like this cost me? As I'm getting a bit gatvol of these Danm drum brakes
I should have a std set of type 3 stub axles with discs and calipers for sale I need to check when I get out of Hospital next week than you can contact me so I can convirm
they are 4x130PCD
