Roof cut off the donar bus and all welds drilled out to just get the skin to put on the pea- going to be alot of fill welding

The welding is going to be a challenge - the thinking is as such - drilling out the old welds should give a good "bath " for the join- welds will be clamped and work in sections not a continous seam - this should help with the not warping -
This was the reason I pulled the whole roof and not just fill the 'sunroof area - glad I did this cause some rust back right and front left under the skin -

Valentines day today - so a perfect day to 'marry' the red roof with the rest of the bus

Couple of G clamps - brazing rods and some gas to heat up the situation - should be great happyness later
