Fasty lowered with salt

Post by brianj »

Loaded the front with 150 kg of salt for the pool... I like the stance and strangely it feels like I have a better view now that the front matches the back..

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.

If you do not mind the higher fuel consumption, I would fit 3 bags of cement to the front, as this will help in road holding, and having weight on the front wheels to help with breaking.
Have experience of the type 3 sliding, on hard breaking, due to heavy engine weight, but with a few cement bags, it stops on a dime.
Some guys think that the old Toppies, put cement bags for the nose not to lift, but it is purely to help with hard breaking.
