I drove down Ontdekkers Road to Florida just before the Easter weekend to fetch my Autovilla from my mechanic.
It turns out he now owns IMPI's former Fleetline single cab, then, on the way home, I spotted all these ACVWs:
Ex-IMPI Fleetline SC:
Hi-roof panelvan:
VW-based Wille's Jeep, if you want it call the number on the wall:
Gold Bug:
Autovilla fast food kitchen:

Any one ever driven a high roof bus down here in the windy Western Cape?
I have always imagined that a side wind would really push one of those around.

Driving on the R44 between Klapmuts and Wellington gave me a very good idea, that was awful, and to add it all up, there is about 1/2 turn play on my wheel.

That buggy looks like a drunken cross between a bug cos of the arches, a buggy, a mini cooper cos of the lights and a BM cos of the kidneys - LoL.
