Urban legend: A Porsche 928 is more aerodynamic going backwards than forward...

They then took aother standard 928 on a straight road and accelerated both cars up too 100mph and threw them into neutral and coasted, thus removing completely the hp difference aspect, to see which one stopped the furthest.

And the result? That's the problem! I DON"T KNOW!!!

So the Mythbusters found a 928, and turned the body around on its 'chassis'hello, i'm a researcher on the tv show Mythbusters. we're in need of 928's between 1978-86. we testing the drag coefficients...supposedly the aerodynamics are better going backwards than forwards. we're also interested in obtaining fiberglass body kits, we're having trouble locating these as we've heard they don't exist. hopefully some of you can help me prove that they DO exist...c'mon Porsche people, help out the Mythbusters
