I FOUND MY GOGGA

Hi Guys & Gals,
After a lot of searching swearing & almost tears I found my Gogga. It all started with a beat up 74 bug I swoped my dads kombi gearbox for. After stripping it of the floorpan I realized it was not a worthwhile project.The search was on. Heard of a nice one in Naboomspruit,went and had a look,but unfortunately it was after dark so we could not have a nice look at it. was told its in a running condition but could not start due too faulty wiring.Made a deal with the guy to come and fetch it this past weekend.
When we got there on Saturday fortunately the
was not home and spotted his wife's car at his in-laws. Popped in there to find out what's cooking.(No they weren't having a braai) I mean with the bug! Nearly had a heart attack when we were told he can't sell the car cause it is not even his. It was apparently reported stolen in GP. So if any-one is missing a metalic blue bug with two silver GT stripes off-set to the left I know where to find it.Dead end so the search was on again. Sunday morning,after drowning my sorrows the previous night, my dad said while we are in the area,why not have a look in Mookgopong location.
After an endless search we decided to ask one of the locals. Jackpot! Chap knew one of his relatives had one for sale.Took as straigt there and for one babbelaas beer did all the talking for us too. Thanks Harry. This is what I drove home yesterday.
