want to build tdi engine in baywindow

Hai,
Is there somebody that knows if there is driving a baywindow combi in africa with a tdi engine in?
I realy would like to replace my 2.2 vw/audi 5 cyl conversion to a tdi(110hp) diesel engine.
Now i'm osing 15l/110k and with that engine it would go easy under 10l.
When somebody has done it before it is easier for me to find out how it goes with clutch and gearbox.

Ik heb thuis... O-sorry, I have at home a Volksworld magazine with an article of a TDi in a Splitwindow bus. Maybe that would help?

Hm, ik zit nu in Indonesie... oops...
I'm back in SA on 1st of April but am immediately going to Hermanus for 2 weeks. Only then am I home for a week in Melkbos. I need to find it in amongst my many magazines, some of which are boxed up in the garage. But I suggest you come around and meet us and then we can dig out a couple of Grolsch, with the fliptop, and then life is good, right? Or we can meet at the Blue Peter, but they only have Amstel draught...
Can you wait 4 weeks?
If not, I
can arrange in a complicated and convoluted way that you get the magazine within a few days...

Wat een klote leven toch niet voor werk.....uhhh work i hope but for surfing!
We gonna fly to holland the second of april... and i come back the 20th of june!
I just gonna e-mail the magazine if they can send me the artical by mail.
I defently prefere grolsch above amstel!!!!!! But why not a hertog jan?

Dan de volgende keer maar. Ja, voor werk. Google VW bus & TDi engine, it gives quite a few results including the bus in question.

Hi, first post here!
Check out
http://www.vwkd.co.uk loads of conversions, plenty of VW TDi into bays etc using kennedy adapter plates and T25 diesel bellhousings etc. Hope that helps
