Ok, let me spell out what you are looking at... the dude is going down the road, his hankering for a splitty is obvious, and seeing that he cant yet afford the splitty bus he so dreams of, he drives around GP with that advertising billboard attached to the roof of his Merc earning some spare cash so that he can afford the splitty, knowing that the damn windcoming from his left, that is pushing his Merc to the middle of the road, is also the reason he constantly needs to adjust the billboard with his index finger against the strong wind.....

You can buy several Splitties for the price of one Merc like that
