My 1956 Oval
Hey guys I finally managed to buy a cool ride. I bought my first Beetle when I was 13 years old & now have owned 60 cars exactly. Well after all the vehicles that I have owned I am back where I started with another Beetle.

What would you advise? It is already a really cool looking rat ride, but the rust which most of it is surface really doesn't gell too well with me. I really want to keep her in original form though.

Which accesories are you referring to other than the roof rack which I had to buy seperately? There is another 57 Oval that I know of for sale. Black in colour, she has been resprayed but the paint is cracking badly as they must have used a cheap primer. The owner has had the vehicle from new. Seats are still the original vinyl with not a single blemish. The engine is still original never been opened & has more than 200 000 miles on the clock. Only the box has been redone. The owner wants R40 000 for it. Is it worth it?
