Re: 1.6t KCC 356 Porsche Speedster
it makes all the diffs when you can get in a half finished project and still drive it around when morale is low. Trust me.

Re: 1.6t KCC 356 Porsche Speedster
It's with great regret that i'm parting ways with my Speedy. Even if it is only for a couple of days.....
(about time too!!!!!!)
Thats right, she's off to the spray booth...........lets hope that all the hours will pay off with a lick of paint on her. Couple more things that need sorting, but i dont really have the time at the moment to flat...and flat....and flat etc. Most of the parts i need for assembly have either been sorted myself, or i'll add to the shopping list when i'm up in JHB. Here she is, almost ready for her new dress.

Yes, that is still an engine in the back....in time it'll be off to Mr Rowley for some love.

I should have it back within the next 2 weeks.....and if you wondering what colour....join the club, but i do have an idea of what i'd like....wait and see.....
Here are a couple of the chrome and Ali parts all cleaned and polished!

Looking forward to giving you guys a peek as soon as it's back!!

Ok, changed my mind on the colour again....good thing they haven't started the base coat. I'll supply the hint that should give it away.....Guards.......first person to know Porsche or spray painting might recognise that!!

He taps the desk patiently………..the waiting’s the part that hurts the most. He moves slowly towards the window….staring into the distance, in the hope that she’ll come back to him soon……….

If It Comes Back, It Was And Always Will Be Yours.
If It Never Returns,
It Was Never Yours To Begin With.
(or just hotwire it and steal it back

ok, ok,....to all you no believers out there, in my arrogance, I decided to try and prove everyone wrong that this Autosol stuff worked like a dream
. i found some dodgy product names "Shine" made by the great Autosol and decided to give it a whirl (just to prove you all wrong of course)
Woops.......
