Ok update time
been sanding and priming and sanding and priming
400 grit on a block and by hand
colour has been decided we going for Niagara blue not Viagra
see pics will be spraying this weekend if the weather plays along

ok so a little bit of colour jumped onto the bug
not a easy thing spraying 2k in a garage its so bloody thin and runs for nothing

ok so interior she wants all white as per pic
with the wood inserts.
i have found perf hoodlining now
all i need is white automotive carpeting any help would be appreciated

It looks good get 2 of those small flood lights to warm the paint up to help it cure if its not to late to do so.not the easiest of paint to spray but very durable.

I have white seats in my fastback and not easy to keep clean, so with that in mind, think you should maybe look for brown floor carpets as per your picture, will be less upsetting within a few weeks.
I have brown floor carpets in the beetle and they show off very well with the light upholstery and would fit in with the wood paneling you thinking of.

So this weekend brought the pan home to get it ready for the body.
upholstery etc been done going white with ivory inside.
