Well the GSF wiper motor didn't fit, but superbeetle91 kindly donated a spare one to me (Cheers pal), it looks right I was going to fit it today but its to cold so I'll do it on my next day off Thursday, I can put all my dash together then so that will cheer me up a bit:-
Lee the previous owner has sent me the old heat exchanger bits because there are J-tubes fitted at the moment, my plan is to remove these & get the heating system working as it should be. I'll replace what I can & repair what I can't:-
Been playing with the over riders again tonight, the bumper is Chug Chug's one, still useable.
You can see on the one over rider I've cut it to fit my deluxe trim under it.
One update I forgot to mention, thanks to Kevin Summers my scruffy draw is now fixed he re-laminated it useing a pice of laminate I saved from Chug chug:-
Before:-
after:-
Its the draw with the grey handle, I will get new handles when I get round to finding someone who sells black ones.

I was going to work on Milly today but spent all day on my M8's Peugeot Partner it wouldn't start it turned out it was the glow plug relay module £112.00 thank you very much just for the part.
Anyway my wiper spindle grommets turned up today & thats my first job tomorrow.
Old one:-
Finally got my wipers fitted, with the new grommes in place. After a bit of a fuss I even got them to park in the right place everytime.
My dash is all back together now so I'm happy about that.
Started to fit my Deluxe trim, Lot of work, I started by working out how many clips to use per piece & where each piece goes.
measured the middle of each panel & measured in 30mm from the outside edge. I used the rin gutter as a reference point & drew a line down to the centre point of the buldge. I then marked it all out right around the bus.
The next job was to stick on the clips & check their aligmment. I found that I needed to drop them all by a few mm so the line fell inside the top clip groove. After doing this it worked out well I just had to leave the adhesive dry over night.
I stuck all the trim on today & am pleased to say it lines up well. The only issue is the rear corners which aren't quite curved enough, these pulled the clips off so I'll have to have a think about it try something else:-
Right I wasn't 100% happy with the chrome trim so I pulled it all off againdrilled the frontmost hole & ran a string line to the back pinged it & it left a nice blue chalk line all the way down the side, I then drilled a hole for every clip 77 of them.
I then sprayed waxoyl on the holes & riveted 3.2mm rivets on to hold the clips. now it looks awsome, the trim stits flush on the body work & I know its not going to fall off. The only trouble I cant get the corners to fit as the shape seems wrong, I'll have to phone them on Monday to check I got the right ones.
I've borrowed my radio for the T4, I'll refit it when I get a new one.
