So been looking for 2 years and finally managed to get one....a true original twin ski rack so also needed to buy some skis to really set it all off

Thanks to all of you. I do see myself as very fortunate and lucky to have one.
It is a 54 RHD, model 26B (RHD Single cab). On Barndoor.dk there is a registry of all Barndoors. There are 11 listed 26B's. If one doubles that amount for ones not listed it is still a very rare bus.
Thank to the Bus Hunters too.
I'm not sure if I want to restore it or only do the mechanicals and leave it in it's original condition. What do you guys think?

And then Clear coat.

I would matt clear coat it
fix the drivetrain , make it roadworthy if possible return the rear lights to original
i think that would look so cool

Congratulations Jaco!
After fixing the mechanicals and making it roadworthy, I would only polish and wax it. Clear coating patinaed paint, IMO, is as bad as repainting.
