Think Volkswagen has put a restraint on that beetle, it may not come closer then 25Km from the factory.
Other wise it going to make all the other Volkswagens look like

I agree with those that suggest a good write-up. It will help us all. Did you use a sealer on the spot welds of the floor pan halves?
