no wont cut any holes mabi some screw ones for the rev counter, think i will place the other under the center air vent

Sorry its just i have spent the last 2 weeks patching holes that have been drilled in stupid places in the dash in my beetle

2500rpm at 80kph or 3000rpm at 90kph

yes desided wany start using it again. Still need to renew the seats when funds allow it.

Any one know or have an idea how to seal/weatherproof between the outer bulkhead and the loading bay?

Nice progress Louis. Does it leak into the "treasure chest" area ? Are you referring to the area where the cab "meets" the (upper) load deck area ?
