Hi Alan,

Damn! your speedster is looking good, I cant wait to see when you install the soft top, the Stafast quarter tonneau also looks good, you really did an awesome job.
I noticed you added a chrome strip to the lower windscreen, please take a close up photo I am very inquisitive to see what you did, looks flipping good.

Thanks Manny, it's not as good as yours I'm sure, but I'm happy with it.. And it's been a cool rebuild. Will do.

@ Tony, Bro, I dunno.. I ALWAYS have to keep busy, and last night, I was struggling.. ended up doing a pile of Admin stuff on the Speedster Replica group on Facebook. I can't afford another kit car, so a 550 is not on the cards for me, but I'll certainly be available to help your rebuild when the time comes. I still have my Motor to 'clean up" and sort out, so, that's still to be done, but after that, I'll just sit in the cabbie and enjoy it.. :hangloose:

I'll be very keen if it becomes available
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.

Guys,
Pls start another thread relating to this 550! This is about my 356 Speedster.. Thanks. :drunks:

I'm still "looking around" for a good local Carpet guy. Haven't found anyone yet that can provide a complete job without an issue.. ie: Cutting done on-site, ddging properly using an Overlocker on-site, and so on. I think I've found a REALLY good carpet that's as close as dammit to this holy grail Carpet the guys are wanting to import.

Will get confirmation hopefully today on this. Then am awaiting another chap's reference Pics to see what his work's like. Alternatively, I actually might need to consider DIY, which I don't want to do.. But we'll see.
