I decided to replace the boring socket with a nicer one:-

Visited Dubs at the Castle in Caldicott the weekend, it was a great show, very busy with loads of nice vans etc. Here are some pics of Milly at the show:-

Broke one of my tie backs Doh!


Replaced my rear over rider rubbers, top quality items:-

Milly came second in the show & shine against stiff opposition:-

While I'm delighted with second place, first would be better. So is time for some attention to detail.

First job is to fit my Westy window rubber I got off The Late Bay forum:-






I've changed the back already because they were the worst now its time to do the front:-




Another job is to refurb my Westy windows, this is the sliding door one which doesn't work, my plan is to buy a second hand one refurb that then swap it over, then refurb the one I've taken off, swap with the other side, refurb the last one & sell it on to recover some of my costs:-

As you can see there is some minor corrosion & some of the rivets are slightly rusty, all the galv bits I'll have chromed, that way it will all be very shiny.

Also my roof cap screws are a bit scruffy so I'll replace all of these ones with stainless:-






This wiper blade needs replacing because the rivet has gone rusty:-

I'll need to remove this & repaint it because a truck flicked a stone up & it hit the grill, also I'll replace the screws as these are starting to rust:-
