Hi guys
I have not been on the forum for a while now, things have just been a bit hectic here at work.
Some news.
I started mapping my beetle on tuesday night. Went up to 3500rpm, 0.4bar boost and making 70kw on the wheels so far. Stopped there so I can check all the valve clearances again. Engine temperatures went up to about 68'c and oil pressure stays good.
So I'm very happy. This weekend I will adjust the valves and reset the clearances to 0 again (cromoly pushrods) So next week we'll map her to 6500rpm and 0.8 bar boost.

Nice, thanks for the update
Quick question, does Gotech sell 60-2 trigger wheels?Or would I have to modify a Bosch Part from a Mercedes Benz or something similar?

We make trigger wheels. The one on my beetle was a once off wheel, but we do keep bigger one's in stock.

Now this part I'm very proud of... quick release rear window. I modified the read window rubbers to simply slide in and fastened the window with Dzus fastners for quick release.
So to get to the engine bay simply remove the rear window and open the firewall.
