Pictures taken with different digital cameras can display different colours. On top of it, colours on your computer screen and mine can also display differently. Now that I got the AA[*] out of the way, I would say "No, it is not the same colour". Yours leans towards the blue side of the spectrum, where the other Bug leans towards the green/gray side of the spectrum. It is best to try and find out who the owner is and contacting him/her, asking what the paint code is.

Yes it started in 2007. As i don't have much time on hand it takes a while. During this time i collected parts. Keep on focussing on the end result by searching for pictures of completed projects on the internet to be motivated. In the end it is worth it. Keep on going! Good luck!!
