Ok another update

The first kit as you know by now is in a bus I am just finalizing everything that I can take the Bus to Wheel Alighnment to check the Alighnment then there is 2 small upgrade mods that needs to be made and then I can put the Kit on the Market AS I dont want to make it and it is not 100% correct
I will most probably make Handbrake cables for the Disc Kit that can accompany the Kits

Hi Guys

Update that I am happy with the Result of the first kit that was fitted to the red and white 15 window bus
As they are Adjustable one of the major advantages is that when you jack the back up the wheel rim comes down completely out of the fender well so changing tyres will be a breeze as I know of 2 fellow members that have a real struggle when they need to replace tyres

I have a dics kit on the 15 window and 30mm spacer bringing the wheel more out and you can even fit a wider spacer for a nice wide rim
and there is about another 3 finger gap between the outer of the rim and the inner of the fender





The pricing will be R3600 Incl your trade in of RGB`s with spring plates and R4500 exclude your RGB`s for both sides adjustable spring plates and 2 Boomerang spacer plates
The Axle tubes will be supplied modified to length for R2000

If you have both Axle tube sets (One set Early and one set late model ) the Labour to cut and extend and weld in the Jig will be R800

I will trade inn your RGB Boxes and tubes as you will not be using that anymore with your old spring plates

the cut out you did on the spring blade to lower the "wheel" , would it not be easier and safer to just cut that littlle head off .

Good you number 2

Herb I dont think that little bit will cauze failure

it will not be a to big a job to grind that lip off but I thought most guys dont want to cut that away and the reason I integrated just that extra

At the end of the day that little cut out is not even nessesary as the wheel does go quite far down to still remove and replace the wheel
I have not given the final count to totals
If you want one with out the cut out then you guys need to tell me before Friday 21 Oct then the Plasma guy can do the amounts

Personally I will leave the cut out in the spring plate
