What are you using for the flu

I normally get those bruis tablets plain ones vitamin C tablets Pump my self with about 1000mg Vit C for 2 days and bath in Tee Tree Oil helps to open the nostril

I honestly think its the medication thats hitting me this hard. I dont like using medication so asked the pharmacy for something to clear up my running nose so I can sleep (4 rolls of paper in one night) so he gave me sinu-med and warned me to get off my anti-allergy tablets first. 24hr wait, took them and now my head is killling me... nose is a lot clearer however.....

I can actually see with my arm that the multi vids are working helping the shin colour change
