Went up to the Lighthouse in Newport today for a joint club meeting, quite a few turned up but it was a cold miserable day. Met some tidy people though:-

Bloody rear shoe is binding on the RHS rear drum and the MOT is due. Oh well I'll take it down in the week and see how I get on. I don't mind if it fails, at least I know then its right when the jobs are done. I'll be asking him to be extra strict its better when the van in 100%

Took Milly down for an MOT on Wednesday, I told them to be brutal and they were.
She failed on all 4 wheel bearings, the rear RHS needs replacing the other 3 need adjusting. The handbrake on the RHS needs adjusting also. The other problem is the HC value is too high. I ordered a new bearing kit and this should be sorted over the weekend.

Well Tudor has sorted her out, there was nothing wrong with the rear bearings they are designed by VW to have 3 mm of play ands thats how Tudor set them, the handbrake has been adjusted and its now good, he did some adjustments and now the HC is also fine, I took her down for MOT on Friday and she passed with no advisories:-
