Got the new master cylinder in and bled the brakes ,will check it once its on the road.
Going to get new shocks and battery tomorow, need new fuel lines and fuel filter. My fuel filter sits above my exhaust so just going to move it back a bit. Hopefully get all that done tomorow and then off to wheel alignment on Thursday morning. If they can get my rear wheel sorted this will be in driveable condition by the weekend

Draining 20 litres of fuel when I thought my tank was empty, and then realizing that for some reason my fuel gage is not working anymore - Check
Made new brake lines for rear to accommodate straight axle - Check
Bled the brakes again only to find that my front wheel cylinders bleeding nipple is stripped and sucking air(hence my poor brake power) - Check

New to do list:
Sort out the fuel gage, any obvious advice ???
And get new front wheel cylinder, anyone know where ??

Yes Im going to, I just need to make it driveable, at the moment the wheels are off again
putting in the new wheel cylinder now, so hopefully will get it all sorted today.
After changing the oil and not even starting the engine, I now have more oil leaks than before , about 4 places now

Count in 2 more for the tech day

Spent the weekend sorting out my safari windows, the frames are a bit quirky and the one did not even want to open when it was installed, the problem seems to be with the location of the hinges which are not right on the frames. Because of this I had to get different rubbers for the front windows. Although the windows are not flush with the body when closed it looks to be a good seal on them, I will test it tomorow with the hosepipe. While doing this I had to "fix" the holes on one of the front windows on the body, which I did with a wire brush,rust buster, a small strip of fibreglass and some paint:













Because of the rubbers pushing the windows out, the latches and catches did not align so I had to move the latches upward and outwards. Had some alluminium about and made these:








The middle support for the windows fitted like a glove...well sort of, the runners for opening and closing the windows are also buckled, The side ones needed a spacer between them so I welded in some flat bar




will get them on the bus tomorow

Also redid my radio, I made it at an angle so that I could view what was on the radio, and then sort of messed it up with the covering, also covered the front sections roof of the bus, have a different plan for the back

I now have no issues with tow-in at the rear anymore, the old rubbers were so hard they could only go in one way. Simple solution..new rubbers
Took it for a drive and really happy with how smooth it is.

Going to start with the back this week. I have the table/bed a few drawers and cupboards.
First thing is to pull it all out and get some 100mm pink aerolite all around, for soundproofing and insulation. Then get it all back in again and just change a few stuff.
Not sure on colours or fabrics. I am going for a different look than the cabin.

Managed to get everything out.Hopefully Ill have everthing back in by tomorow night.
