That's right Bugger...

The car broke loose from the towing bracket just as we were coming down the off ramp I had to run after it and get it on the verge of the road...

Spent two hours alone on the side of the road waiting for my dad to come back with a twin-axle car trailer to tow it back home

Can you imagine the carnage if the car had to break loose on the N3 on a Sunday afternoon

Fortunately, all ended well and the car is back home safely

That's shocking!!

I paid under R5k for the Fasty,came with a lot of spares and it has a lot of body filler,the paint is starting to crack in a few places, but I'm not bothered about that for the moment.First priority is to get the car running 100% with a WBX or Type 4 engine, then do disk brakes etc. After the car is a nice driver, then I'll do a nice, decent respray on it...

If you need door mirrors I have the set (custom) that came off the red fasty, I think they are from a 1400 Nissan, look real neat.
