Hello

Welcome :D

I take my hat off to you;it's one thing restoring an old Vw, but entirely another thing when you design and build a once-off custom like this...

Very, very nice!!

I took the Kubel out on its first outing this evening, man what a rush. One oke nearly crashed his car as his head was turned 180 degrees, and all the smiles and waves it was worth all the work and sweat. It needs some adjustment suspension wise, but nothing we cant sort out. If anybody got any ideas on stiffining of a beetle front suspension without installing the centre type adjusters please let me know. Kubel greetings from Bloem.

As lighties we used to strip the stubaxles off then put a big pipe over the top arm and bend it up to drop the beetle coz of finances,
that droped and stiffened the suspension up

So you can go opposite way up top and little bit down at the bottom arm

Will battle to put the stubs back but that is one way
