What I realised is that the hole in the wheel for different ya]ears isnt the same so u will probably need smaller diameter for later model wheels.Hope this will help
Setup with wheel and without.

Some updates...

Busy with the new stork I bought, also going to respray and match colors, doesnt seem to be working with rattle can because I dont seem to find that ivory style OEM color, also it seems I need to spray on plastic primer to the steering wheels so this is not available in cans, as per the local spare shop.

Anybody with a compresser and spray bits to assist me, I will get paint matched and buy whatever is needed. I will also pay for it to be resprayed.

Zubs... morning dude.... you are aware that the indicator stalk... the black one is not the correct stalk for your 62 right? That is a late model stalk.... 65/66 onwards....

Does yours not have the bright flasher mounted on the floor next to your pedal cluster?

I was told it should work, I noticed the brights button on the stalk but I thought I could just use the signal parts and wires. When the one that I bought from you arrives I will restore and use that one for the resto project with the OEM wheel.
