Remove old rubberising, some more sanding, NS4 over the NS1. As said previously I will took it hour by hour, but progress is slow.

hey lowlight my aunt is forcing me to take my buggy back to my dads house...so nothing for me to do here on weekends anymore...maybe i should come over to your side of the valley and lend a helping hand on weekends...

You welcome Dubster, no here for the next 3 weekends, so project will move slow. After that we can do a braai.
The DC has got enough rust and will keep me busy for a while. Do it by hand
, but next project will go to sand blasters

Got a piece of floor for the DC today at scrap metal place in town. There was a bus that they wanted to fix and 3 month later it was on the heap to be crushed. Went this morning to cut it out. As it will be crushed today. Also got the jack supports and a few of those panel clips.
Now the fun could begin. Just need some gas.
Floor is from a bay window. VW beter the construction abit like the bars that run across is open and minimise the trapping of dust and mud.
