Allows for the flow of the nice hot engine air to be sent to the front for your interior heating....Just make sure that the piping is good all along the underside. I have to remake "MO"s from rear all the way to the front. Still trying to find the stupid cable that she needs to open the flaps in the exhaust for the hole lot to work :roll:
"MO" - 1965 Splitscreen bus --> http://www.aircooledvwsa.co.za/viewtopi ... =37&t=9305" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
"BOBBIE" - 1963 Beetle --> http://www.aircooledvwsa.co.za/viewtopi ... 23&t=11338" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hurray, Betty will have an older cousin with the same paint scheme. I'm going for something like this.

But with a blue something like this.

Good luck, I can't wait to see what the DC is going to look like when it's finished.

That dash looks great. Is that rev counter standard equipment? Wouldn't mind one of those

Veglia Borletti gauges are normally fitted to Italian cars - FIAT, Alfa, Lancia, Ferrari, Lamborghini although the Mercedes A-Class and Smart also have them. That tach is most probably from an Alfa, but it does not look out of place in a Bus at all :hangloose:
