Blitz / Pine, On the sandshark, can I remove the windscreen and replace with a lower raked back one? or is it part of the fibre glass?

The windscreen is a seperate moulding, it would be easy to modify. This Sand Shark/Kestrel in the VWSA museum also have a diferent screen

That's the nicest "one of those" I've seen. My first bug was "one of those", it was called "Blou Gemoerte". It was fugly, but man was it good off-road! 1300 engine. Yokohama Super Diggers on the back, it was great. Fond memories of the days when one was allowed on the tracks in the fynbos with vehicles other than a DH8 bulldozer.

dutch i also didn't like that garage door af an windscreen but,i while playing with phototshop i realised that this buggy just doesn't look right without it and if your going to put a roof on it looks more rounded of...but yes it is a seperate mould as you can see in this pic aswell....

So silly question, you can paint the fibreglass just like normal metal? I thought the colour was part of the molding process.
