I used my bootlid pins as a silicone pipe holder

Those are the pipes that will feed my throttle bodies with the needed boost.

Whell we decided to try build the exhaust ourselves. Thanks to by dad this is what we ended up with. Sorry about the crappy photos, but I only had my cell phone.

We decided to use the original J tubes from my old stinger system. The exhaust system features 40mm inside dia pipes and mandrell bends.

This is the top view from inside the car. We still need to clean off all the weling joints (I'm not the best welder). The collector still needs to be cut to length and turbo flange welded on

The exhaust can be installed with the engine in place, and there is still enough place for the Z bar. So no loss of handling in the back. The only joints in the exhaust system sits on the J pipes. Everything else is welded, so there is no exhaust leaks. Whell hopefully.
I must admit I'm really impressed with my dad's handy work here. It looks awesome. Here's to plenty horsepower
