Right,
Here is a picture of a type 3 chassis, upside down.
The "pipes" I circled in red, is what has rusted to the point that I can actually stick my hands through.
Right now, I'm standing in hell desperately trying to save the snowball in my hands.
If any of you can tell me how to fix that, without getting into heavy money (more than 1k) or getting a new chassis.
I might just be stupid enough to try it.

One of those were damaged years ago on my fastback when my oldest brother wrote off a Tazz while he was driving the fastback. It was pulled straight but was pretty messed up although not rusted. I'm still driving it like that. If anyone has replaced this "carrier" before or knows how too, I would like to know as well.

Dirk, speak to IMPI. I'm sure that he will be able to advise you on what your options are
