You guys are gonna kill me, but I got it for free. It used to be one of my dad's friends' camper. His parents brought it with them when the immagrated from Germany.We overhauled the engine and resprayed it for him about 7 years ago. He used it twice after that and left it in a barn. The interior is stil intact except for the wood en supports for the top roof. The white top is made out of fibreglass and the rest is all wood. This is a long term project as I have just started my own business as well. Thinking of making it Lambo orange with black porsche rims. Dunno. Any suggestions?

is the camper registered and licensed? you are not perhaps want to swop for a newly rebuilded beach buggy? as i am looking for a camper and are prepared to swap my buggy for one

It is licensed and registered. Just got the papers and change of ownership. Starting next weekend fixing it to register it on my name. The previous owner took out the license every year while it was standing in the barn. Bargain.

Might be interested. Any pics and specs on the buggy?

new side seetrew vinyls for hardtop
tires is +/-90%
battery is just over a year old
seats in good condition
pan has no rust on it
painted in a white and stonechip for as i wanted to use it as a feld buggy, but decided against it.

only stuff it needs is the steeringwheel needs recover, feul sender needs to be sorted out, and proper safetybelts

personaly i will understand if you say no for the swop, as i love the camper's, i am also after a 1980 camber that is a bit neglected for its age, will say it looks worce than yours and that is a vaongan camper.

but the guy has not come back to me yet, not in a hury, mean time i am playing with my DC in the garage

Chris, have you taken your V6 out yet? i cant remmember but did you say that your engine is electronic dizzy?

No,the engine is still in.The dizzie is points and condenser.

It will be comming out in the next 2 weeks.

it is a pitty ou stay so far, that friend of mine who is looking for a complete V6 engine got
a luck on thursday, he bougth a complete running and licensed 3l cortine for R4500. but alias also points and condensor.
