NEW T4 Heads in SA

Post by Tony Z »

What is the quality of the new T4 heads available in SA?? We all know the inlet flows well, but how restrictive is the exhaust?

And what about exhaust systems??? Or do we end up making them ourselves??

Cowley makes a good exhaust system, Single or twin silencer. They look and sound good. I have been told that they work well too. :D

There is new t4 heads available in south africa? I never knew that :)
The only new heads I know of are made by AMC in Spain and i think you have to import them.... They are better castings that the VW heads because they put some extra metal where the stock heads are prone to crack... Just do not trust the valves if they come with it as they are poor quality and the lapping is also suspect.
