Motorbike rental?

Post by Merlin »

's up all?

I've had to delay my bike purchase by a few months due to financial issues, but still need to get my license.

I need a smaller bike, in the range of a 250, with which to do the test with. Onroad of offroad is fine, as long as it has it's indicators, etc. IE: is roadworthy.

A bigger bike is almost impossible to the yard test with. :|

Can any of you recommend a rental place in Jo'burg? It doesn't actually matter if it's either, or even a scooter place, but it needs to be OVER 125cc.

Thanks, N.

Did my license in the 'yard' at the test station back then with a '81 Honda CB750. Easy as pie!

'81? :o ;) You old Fart. *duck*

A modern 600 superbike is a bit of a different story when it comes to tight corners and stopping ON lines in a yrd test, I would think. ;)

Judging by the myriad of trophies, certificates, and medals at Home...yup, I think I can ride a 'push' bike, at least a little. ;)
