1968 VW T2 Harness

Post by andrewgdbn@gmail.com »

I am looking for some guidance on replacing or repairing a wiring harness on a 1968 VW T2 - it seems the previous owner did some damage when the indicator stalk stopped working and he fitted a toggle switch on the dash. Now the wipers are not working nor the toggle for the indicators. Not sure if the harness can be replaced or repaired? Many thanks.

Best and easiest would be to fix the old Harness.

Getting a new Harness and fitting it is not that easy in the bus.

Go on to Google and get a wiring drawing for your model and sort out one wire at a time.

The indicator Stalk can be got from Volk Spares or Autostyle.

Good luck
