Thanks guys much appreciated its taken me on a long journey to get here in the last 15yr I have written off 2 bikes,had 2 heart attacks, a hip replacement a SI joint fusion,2 artificial discs L4/5 S1, 2 embolisms 2 spinal fusions and Colon Cancer.Not a bad turn of events. My Doctor says they dont make them like they use to.Oh well guess I will just keep going for now. 
Oh and I have Arachnoditis which is spinal cord damge and there is no cure for it world wide pain 24/7 I am at least for now able to walk.Sorry if I am in the wrong thread.
