It looks like they've been contracted by someone to restore loads of split buses...I wonder if it's a local collector or an exporter?

From the list of buses there I know that at least 5 of them are from local collectors wtih no intent on exporting
The rest I cant say for sure
but if they if they are I dont think they will let on that they are
