69 Westy

Post by RikusVisser »

Hi guys

Eventually after 5 and a half weeks of being in the workshop I finally got my bus back...

It had a complete engine rebuild, steering sorted out as well as all the breaks redone at Berg Motor Spares in Parow. It was a costly exercise but she is now running great. The reason for the delay.......availability of parts :( I took her out on the wine route yesterday and she got a lot of attention on the road.

She passed roadworthy so all the admin is also sorted out.

Henry of Berg Motor Spares was of great help.

:hangloose:

Great stuff, now that all that stuff is done and dusted - time to hit the road and enjoy your bus :)

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.
