New bus owners

Post by senuwees »

Hi guys and gals

My name is Dewald and my wife's name is Louette. We bought ourselves a bus a few weeks ago. It all started when my wife went to an upholster with her friend to collect some goodies, she phoned me immediately telling me were to sell her 718 Spyder replica and buy a bay window... :hangloose: So we got rid of the Porsche as no one was driving her anyway, and purchased the bus, we will refer to her as Bessie Bussie

The plans are to rebuild her and keep her for a while and enjoy our awesome scenery in the country...

Here is a few pics of the Porsche and then the bus to follow, i cleaned the bBessie this weekend to see what we are working with...

THAT LOOKED A LOT WORSE UNDER THE TREE. WITH A BIT OF SPIT AND POLISH THE INTERIOR LOOKS IN FAIR KNICK AND NOT TOO MUCH RUST TO CONTEND WITH ON THE EXTERIOR.
NICE CHOICE. CONGRATULATE YOUR WIFE, NOT TOO MANY LIKE HER OUT THERE.
I'M QUIETLY CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL GET MUCH PLEASURE RESTORING AND THEN ENJOYING THE TIME WARP YOU EXPERIENCE USING IT THEREAFTER.
GOOD LUCK AND MANY HAPPY MILES OF SMILES.

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.
