Can anybody confirm is these are 914 Rims. It’s Porsche pdc and they are 14’s

Thats not a stock wheel, but an after market wheel made possible by VTO. They also do a 15 and 16 inch variation. Very similar to a Mini-lite rim.

Definitely not know the importer and can get them in any pcd they drill to your spec
69 Baja, 67 cal look, 62 sleeper, 59 ghia cab , 66 Ghia 69 912,single cab split
