To get mat .. I first used a satin from Rustoleum which I flatted with a fine water paper..
I had to stop myself and leave some areas rough and the body filler ..~ not flat..
Once I had the whole bug black and water papered .. I used Rustoleum Flat black .. (Matt..)
I then rubbed her down .. This makes it a bit more durable and does not rub off..
Today I fitted brand new black door panels and got rear panels ready ...
So " Cars in the park " will see me Sun ..
I am still looking for Decent front Bucket seats .. Black reclinable .. Anyone know where to find ?

Now --
To fit into Baja ---- it seems simple enough -- xcept -- the human Gorilla who had the BAJA before -- hacked the dash hole ---
I will refill it with 6mm Masonite and mould it all to fit -- sand seal flat .. paint -- so -- tonight the Dash gets the treatment ....

After moulding 6mm masonite into the Dash with careful sanding and epoxy glue --
I now have a decent Radio hole which fits the Pyle Radio perfectly..
Today i do the smoothing and painting of the dash - then fit the radio ---

Hi Perrib from AzBaja.com. I had to join to see the pics, now I guess I'll have to do my intro soon and fully check out this site :) .

It does look good in black I'm thinking before going Camo a quick change rattle can making the drums in black and the rims in satin red might give it a totally different attitude.
