Hard to find! Some would say "rare".
This book details the authors travels through South Africa in their Barndoor Westfalia. Many people consider this Bus the first Westfalia Bus produced.
There are several editions of this book - 1955 in German, 1955 English, and the 1958 edition in 3 languages.

I have a copy of that book. A good second-hand bookshop should be able to find you a copy without too much difficulty.
